Welcome to Healing Light Reiki! 

I am a level 2 practitioner of Reiki and look forward to meeting you either in my studio in Buffalo MN, or via a Zoom meeting for a distance healing session. 

What Is Reiki & What To Expect During A Reiki Session:

Rieki Light is pure energetic healing light. It travels through me, into my palms, and into your body.  Reiki Light has the profound power to heal your mind, body and spirit. Reiki energy instinctively knows where to go in your body. I am just a conductor of the Light. I place my hands (in studio) gently on or above your body as you lie comfortably face up on a massage table fully clothed, and often covered with a blanket.  We will have a short intake before the session to identify your goals, determine what you wish to receive from the session, and what you would like to let go of during the session. During our brief post-session discussion, I will tell you about my experiences and leave room for you to share (if you choose) your experiences and/or ask questions about our time together.

During a distance Reiki session, we will connect and have our intake on Zoom, then you will lie down in a comfortable position in your home while I use my table as if you were in my studio. (It sounds incredible, but it TRULY works! This is the incredible power of Reiki!) The Zoom meeting will continue during our session, and you are welcome to keep your video on or turn it off while I work. I will continue to have my video on the entire time. We will have a brief discussion after the session, where if your camera was off, I hope you will feel comfortable turning it back on, so that we can connect verbally and visually once again. 

Time and Investment:

I offer 30 minute sessions of healing Light. Our intake and post-session discussion will bring our total time to about 45 minutes. Once you set up a session, I will email you some paperwork to read that will help you prepare for our time together.

Your investment is $45 for a 30 minute session of guided Healing Light. As with all my healing arts, I do not charge for our time during intake and post-session discussions/questions.  You can call or text (763)260-4277  or email me at NaturalStrideMassage@gmail.com

I accept cash, checks, or Venmo for sessions in my studio, and Venmo payments for Distance Reiki.
